What we keep, why, and how to make us delete it.

What we collect
Your email address, what you told us about your business (description, search terms, certifications), your ZIP, how far you'll drive and your time zone. If you subscribe, our payment processor handles your card; we never see or store the card number.
Why
To pick the bids for your Monday email, send it, and run your account. That's it.
Signing in
We email you a one-time sign-in link. There's no password to leak. We use a cookie only to keep you signed in.
No ad pixels
We don't run ad pixels, retargeting or third-party trackers, and we don't sell or share your information. We don’t run site analytics right now. If we add any, it will be cookieless and won’t identify you.
Training
We don't train anything on what you tell us.
Who else sees it
Only the services that run MondayBids for us: our database host, our email sender and our payment processor. They get what they need to do that job and nothing else.
Deleting your data
Delete your account yourself from your account page, or write to us and we'll do it. Deleting removes your profile and search settings.
Placeholder: confirm how long deleted data takes to clear from backups, and the billing records we must keep.
