Short answers. If yours isn't here, a person will answer it.
What’s in the Monday email?
Every new state and local bid that matches your trade and falls inside the miles you said you'd drive. There's no fixed count. Busy week, you get them all. Slow week, a short email.
Each bid shows the buyer by name, the due date, any pre-bid or walkthrough (and whether it's mandatory), a “Why” line saying why it fits, and links to the bid and to where you register. Badges show where you may have an edge, like a local preference or a set-aside.
When does it arrive?
Mondays at 8 AM ET. That's 8 AM Eastern, shown here in your own time zone. If it's not in your inbox, check spam or promotions and add hello@mondaybids.com to your contacts.
How do I change my radius or keywords?
On your account page, under “Your Monday email.” You can edit what you do, the search terms, your ZIP, how far you'll drive and your certifications. Changes apply to the next Monday email. Not signed in? Get a sign-in link; there's no password.
Can I pause the emails?
Yes. Pause from your account page. Your profile and search terms stay as they are, and the emails start again when you turn them back on.
How do I cancel?
One click, from any Monday email or your account page. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. During the free trial there's nothing to cancel: if you don't add a card, the emails simply stop. How billing works.
What does “Where to register” mean?
Most governments want you registered as a vendor before you bid, and they send addenda (changes to the bid) only to registered vendors. The “Where to register” link goes to that buyer's vendor registration page, or to the portal they post on when they don't have their own.
Register early. It can take a few days, and some buyers won't accept a bid from a vendor who isn't on file.
Why do some bids say “Portal listing”?
Some buyers post bids on a portal that doesn't give each bid its own web address. For those, the link goes to the portal's list of bids, and we tell you what to search for there, usually the bid number or title.
Where are the bid documents?
With the buyer. We link to the bid page and don't copy the documents, so you always get the current version and any addenda from the source.
