Do I need a card to try it?: No. The trial is 14 days and simply ends unless you add a card. We email you on day 12 so it doesn't sneak up on you.
Can I pause for the busy season?: Yes. Pause from your account page. Your profile and search terms stay put, and the emails start again when you turn them back on.
Which states do you cover?: Bids from over 7,900 state and local governments in 40 states and 23 metro areas. The coverage page lists every state, metro and agency by name.
What’s in the email?: Every new bid that fits what you do and how far you'll drive. There's no fixed count: busy week, you get them all; slow week, a short email. Each bid has the buyer, the due date, any pre-bid or walkthrough, why it fits and where to register. It arrives Mondays at 8 AM ET.
I’m certified. Does that help?: Tell us which certifications you hold and we flag bids with a set-aside for firms like yours, a price preference, or a prime looking for certified subs. We only flag what the bid documents actually say.
How do I cancel?: One click, from any Monday email or your account page. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Do you share my information?: No. No ad pixels, no selling or sharing your email, no training anything on what you tell us. Your profile is private. The privacy page has the details.
Who answers if I write in?: A person, within one business day. Write hello@mondaybids.com or just reply to any Monday email.
